I stayed here from 26th Nov 04 till 6th Dec 04, I have to say it was a GREAT experience, i stayed in room #3 it was fine for me as a single traveler, had a double bed, a side table, dresser and a TV with cable, i even had my own pvt balcony which led straight to the garden, the room was perfectly clean, the facilities were good, i felt as though i was at home, everyday my room was cleaned and the bed freshly made an clean towls left on my bed. This place is in a great location, close to a main line metro station which will take you to anywhere in the Downtown area, the host's Michel & Sylvain couldn't have made me feel more welcome, they make it a point of knowing their guests by name, an treat you as though you were one of their family, in many cases it's hard to find a place which looks as good as the photo's, but with this place i have to say, it was a perfect match, and as for the breakfast's, i have never eaten so well in my life, freshly prepared daily to suit your needs, talking of breakfast it was a good time of the day as you would meet the other guests and have great conversations an hear each others experiences in this beautiful city or of their live's back home!
I liked the freedom i had, you were given your own key and could come and go as you liked, they were even fine with me having a few friends visit me while i was staying there.
I know for a fact that i will stay here again as this is great value for money, and you couldn't ask for a better location!
I 110% reccomend this place, if you are a single person i would say go for rooms 2, 5 or 3 as they are nice an roomy for a single traveler, although these rooms would be fine for couples also, but if you are a couple and maybe want a little more space i would go for rooms 1, 4 or the houseboy room.

J'ai rencontré nos deux amis sur une terrasse parisienne... J'y travaillais à l époque et sans etre recu chez eux, dans leur Houseboy, croyez moi vous serez recus comme des rois. I absolutely loved your place! I had been by it a number of times and had tried unsuccessfully to get a reservation. That in itself told me it was a popular place.
I felt very comfortable at Le Houseboy and look forward to my next visits in April and June! Will most likely book a weekend for September too!
